Admas University Evaluated & Revised Its Curricula

Curriculum is a dynamic entity. It is dynamic because it is embodied within and by several multifaceted variables. These variables can emanate among others from the needs of individuals and the society, the industry, from government’s directions, various regulatory bodies and so on and so forth. Owing to these and other driving factors, we have found it essential to organize a workshop to review some of our curricula. This statement was made by Dr. MollaTsegay, President of Admas University, at the opening of a half-day Curriculum Review Workshop, on Saturday April 9, 2016 which was held at Miracle Hotel, A.A.

After the openings of the plenary session and the refreshment break, the workshop participants attended the presentations involving the findings of the scholars who reviewed the draft curricula for Marketing, Management, Accounting and Computer Science programs and forwarded their views, comments, and suggestions.

AtoTesfahunKumlachew, Academic Vice President of Admas University, said that the University gained many important ideas from the discussion. He further underlined the valuable views and comments of the participants would enrich the programs.

In attendance were invited guests, government officials, governmental higher education representatives, private higher education representatives, employers, the university community and other organization representatives.

Ethio Channel and Sendek Newspapers covered the story.
